Spiritual Health is infinitely more important than
anything else in our lives, including physical health. But let us not
confuse spiritual health with mental health. While mental health
contributes to good spiritual health, they are not the same. Spiritual
health is all about being right with God. This involves learning and
knowing what God's word, the Bible, says and following it as a way of
life. One can have good mental health, which will contribute greatly to
overall health, but be unsound or unhealthy spiritually. One gains
spiritual health as he learns from God (Matt 11:29), receives wisdom
from Him (James 1:5), and obeys Him (Heb. 5:9). His actions will likely
result in better physical and mental (emotional) health. But the guilt
of sin is detrimental to one’s physical and mental health. Only through
the blood of Jesus can one’s sins be removed (Eph 1:7; 1 John 1:7; Heb
9:14).

You need three things before you can feel spiritually
satisfied: You need to be forgiving, you need to be grateful, and you
need to be at peace with yourself.
In order to have spiritual health you must also be at
peace with God, which is the goal and heartfelt prayer of the builders
of this site.
